We ship worldwide using a number of different shipping options

NZ Post : Economy Tracked :This service is only available for packages up to 2kg and cover (and declared value) is only $150. If your order will weigh more than this, the shop will not present this option.

EMS Courier : Faster than regular post. Usually 3-8 working days. Tracked.

DHL Express Courier : The fastest service with 1 – 5 working day delivery target to all countries, and comes with tracking number. Often this costs about the same as EMS so it’s our recommended service.

To enable you to try our products without risk, we will accept returns for 30 days after you order, and refund the purchase price (not including shipping). Human nature being what it is, we have to impose some conditions, at our discretion. The overall idea is that we don’t mind you trying our gear, in fact that’s the idea. But we don’t want people taking the mickey.

1) Only one refund per customer. This means we will only refund one order (not one item)

2) No refunds for any items we specially order for you (e.g. special power plugs, etc.) or custom build (eg cables in non-standard lengths)

Here’s what you need to do:

– Contact us via email first to let us know about the item(s) you want to return. DO NOT just send items back to us without contacting us first.

– We advise that you use a tracked service to avoid problems if the package is lost.

– Be sure to include some details that let us find your order. Typically your name and email should do the trick. If you have the PayPal transaction ID, so much the better. If you did not buy them from us, do not return them as we cannot refund orders we did not sell in the first place.

– The item(s) should be posted no later than 30 days after you ordered unless you have arranged differently with us.
